Who. The webdiffusion.com website and the WebDiffusion platform (manager, studio, applications) are published by Live Stream Factory, a French company — SIREN 991127382 — Bât. A3, 26 rue de Loustalot, 33170 Gradignan, France. Live Stream Factory is the data controller for the processing described here.

The website

This website sets no tracking cookies and collects no personal data. The contact form only transmits what you write in it, so that we can answer you.

The platform

What we process. To provide the service to a customer account: the identity of the users invited by the account administrator (name, e-mail address), the studio settings, the video and audio streams produced during a session, the recordings and the files you upload to your library. This data is hosted in France (OVH SAS, Roubaix) and is never sold.

Why. Solely to produce, record and broadcast your live shows, and for support. Legal basis: performance of the contract with the customer account.

For how long. As long as the account is active. Recordings and files can be deleted by you at any time, and are deleted at the latest when the account is closed. Technical logs are kept for at most 90 days.

Who has access. The users of the account according to the roles set by its administrator, and the Live Stream Factory team for support, at the customer's request. No transfer outside the European Union, except to the broadcasting platforms you choose yourself (see below).

Mobile apps

The WebDiffusion smartphone app turns the phone into a camera connected to a studio. It requests the following permissions, each only for the purpose described:

• Camera and microphone. To send the phone's video and audio to the studio during a session, for the intercom with the control room, and for the photos and recordings requested from the studio. Nothing is captured outside an open session; the streams follow the platform rules above.
• Bluetooth. To control production accessories: pan-tilt heads, lights, control buttons. The app only keeps compatible accessories and stores no information about other nearby devices.
• Local network. To connect directly to the WebDiffusion control room installed on your network, when there is one.
• Photos. To save your recordings to the phone's photo library, when you ask for it.

The app does not track your location, contains no third-party advertising, tracking or analytics tools, and sells no data. Each permission can be withdrawn at any time in the phone's settings.

Google account and YouTube

WebDiffusion can broadcast a live show to a YouTube channel. To do so, the application requests, through Google's consent screen, the permission Manage your YouTube account (scope youtube).

• What the application does with it. It creates a live broadcast and its ingest stream on your channel at the scheduled time, binds them, starts the broadcast when your program arrives, and ends it when you end the broadcast. It reads the channel name to display it to you. Nothing else: it does not read your videos, subscribers, comments or analytics.
• What we store. The access token issued by Google, encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM), attached to the destination you created in the manager. It is never displayed, never sent to a browser, never shared. The short-lived ingest keys created for each broadcast are encrypted the same way and are only used by the broadcasting engine, during the session.
• Sharing. None. Data obtained through Google APIs is not sold, not used for advertising, and not transferred to third parties. WebDiffusion's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
• Revocation. At any time, by deleting the destination in the manager (the token is erased), or from your Google account: myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Other platforms

For Facebook, LinkedIn or any other RTMP/SRT service, you enter the ingest address and the key provided by the platform. The key is encrypted at rest, never shown again, and only used by the broadcasting engine during your sessions.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, under the GDPR. Write to us by post at the registered office or through the website contact form; we answer within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.

Changes

This policy may evolve with the service; the date at the top prevails. Significant changes are announced to account administrators.
