AI features: you pay for what you use.
Transcription, translation, AI voice-over and soon live interpretation run on AI providers. Each plan includes credits every month: 300 with Backstage, 500 with Live, 1,500 with Live Pro. Top-ups cover the busier months.
- Included credits renew every calendar month and do not carry over.
- An AI task only starts if your balance covers it; you are alerted at 80% of your monthly credits, then when the balance runs low.
- Editing, reviewing, validating and exporting are never blocked, even with an empty balance.

What is really unlimited?
Production hours, on every plan: there is no hourly meter. With Live, the core of the system runs on your premises: rehearsing, producing and recording locally consumes nothing on our side. What actually costs money (HD streams to the cloud, storage, streaming destinations) is capped per plan and shown in the table. AI features use credits, included every month in each plan.
Backstage or Live: which one should I choose?
Backstage is for preparing and recording: remote interviews, shoots with a teleprompter, rehearsals; you get synchronized footage, ready for editing. Live adds the Live control room: video composition, audio mixing, remote camera control, program recording and streaming to your platforms.
Can I switch from Backstage to Live along the way?
Yes, at any time. Your studios, your teams, your devices and your recordings stay in place: we add the control room, nothing needs to be redone.
What happens if I go over a cap?
No cutoff, ever: a live show in progress is never interrupted, one more camera than planned is accepted, full storage does not block your production. Beyond the caps, we talk it through: a plan extension or a one-off top-up.
Is there a minimum term?
No. On monthly billing, the first payment covers three months, then you are month to month, cancelable at any time. On annual billing, you pay for the year in one go.
